Terms and Conditions

General business terms and conditions.

Scope:

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, services and other agreements between: Thomas Sommer and the recipient of the service (customer) in the following customer.

 

Offer – prices – payment:

Offers are always subject to change and are not binding. All prices mentioned are final prices. The amount must be paid immediately after placing the order. A refund is not possible for prepaid services (vouchers, subscriptions).
Prices are in euros. The client is not entitled to compensation for services requested but not used.

 

Appointments and cancellations:

Massages can only be booked, changed or canceled through our online booking system. Cancellations or changes are free up to 4 hours before the massage appointment, after which the reserved time will be charged without exception. Scheduled appointment times must be adhered to to ensure everything goes smoothly. I ask for your understanding here.

 

Massage time/delay:

For clients who arrive late for an agreed appointment, the massage time is reduced.
Therefore, customers are requested to be punctual in their own interest.

 

Services:

Massages are intended exclusively for well-being and relaxation. Massages do not constitute therapy and should not replace a visit to the doctor. No diagnoses are made and no promises of cure are made. All treatments serve exclusively to prevent diseases or maintain health. All treatments by the masseuse are carried out after consultation with the client, who undertakes to provide the masseuse with accurate information about his state of health and the consequences of the treatment. The client agrees to independently report any changes in his or her health prior to any treatment. All information obtained during treatments is subject to the massage therapist’s legal obligation of confidentiality.

We do not have a contract with mandatory insurance companies! Compensation is only possible with additional insurance.

 

Vouchers:

Payment of the value of the voucher is excluded.

 

Responsibility:

The client is responsible for any damage caused to the practice facilities. No responsibility is assumed for valuables. The masseuse’s liability is excluded for any damage suffered by the client due to non-compliance with these General Conditions or due to the client’s own fault.

 

Data Protection:

Final provisions:

The competent court at the registered office of my company has exclusive jurisdiction to decide all disputes arising from this contract. Austrian law applies, excluding conflict of laws provisions and the CISG
