Aromatherapy

This therapeutic practice uses essential oils, which are concentrated plant extracts, to improve health and well-being.

This technique is based on the belief that the aromas of essential oils can influence the mind and body in a variety of ways. Aromatherapy has been used in various cultures and traditions throughout history.

Benefits of Aromatherapy:

★ Rosemary, mint or eucalyptus essential oil relief pain
★ Citrus essential oils (orange, lemon, lemon grass) improve our mood
★ Ginger or geranium essential oil stimulate the circulation
★ Regardless of the essential oil used in each treatment depending on the customer’s needs, I use high-quality base oils such as sweet almonds, olive, jojoba, grape, sesame, argan, coconut.
★ Moisturizing for the skin

It is recommended before each aromatherapy treatment to indicate whether there is some type of allergy in order to adapt to the needs of each client and offer a safe service of quality and well-being.
