Craniosacral Therapy

It is a form of manual therapy that originated in the field of osteopathy and chiropractic. It was developed by osteopath William Sutherland in the 20th century.

This therapy is based on the idea that the craniosacral system, which includes the skull, spine, and sacrum, has a rhythm of its own, known as the cranial sacral rhythm. This therapy is performed by gentle touches and precise manipulations on various parts of the body, with the aim of releasing restrictions and allowing the craniosacral system to function properly.

Benefits of Craniosacral Therapy:

★ Relief of pain and tension in the head, neck and back
★ Reduction of stress and anxiety
★ Improves circulation and cerebrospinal fluid flow
★ Supports the central nervous system
★ Stimulation of the body’s self-regulatory capacity
★ Promotes relaxation and general well-being
