Sound Bath Therapy with Tibetan Bowls

This technique of using Tibetan bowls on the body comes from the Himalayan region, specifically Tibetan culture, although similar bowls are found in other parts of the world, such as Nepal, India and Bhutan. Tibetan bowls are usually made of an alloy of metals, which can vary, but typically includes 7 metals.

The most common metals in the composition of Tibetan bowls are copper, tin, zinc, iron, lead, silver and gold. These metals combine in different proportions to create a harmonic or resonant sound when played with a beater.

Benefits of Sound Bath Therapy:

★ Vibration and sound promote relaxation, energy balance, and overall well-being.
★ Vibration and resonance allow vibrations to be transmitted through tissues and energy centers, such as the chakras.
★ Cleanses the energy field (Aura) and balances the energy points (chakras)
