Cupping technique

It embraces a technique that has its roots in traditional Chinese medicine. I use special silicone cups, which do not produce lesions on the skin with which underlying tissues are sucked, creating hyperemia by stimulating blood flow to that area blocked by muscle or joint tension.

Fasciae are connective tissues found throughout the body. They are a three-dimensional network of fibrous tissue that surrounds muscles, organs, and other body structures. Fascia has several functions, including structural support, transmission of forces, and facilitation of tissue sliding during movement.

Benefits of Cupping Therapy in Fascia:

★ Releases tension and knots in muscles and connective tissues
★ Increases blood circulation and decongestion in the tissues
★ Reduces inflammation in specific areas of the body
★ Promotes the relationship and reduction of stress and anxiety
★ Improves flexibility and range of motion in certain areas of the body.
